  You almost never have to wait in line. There's a free coin counter for bank customers, so you don't have to pay a fee to cash in your coins at the grocery store. Staff is friendly and helpful, although it seems like I hardly see the same tellers twice. They must have fairly high turnover. I didn't give it 5 stars because when it was Cooper State Bank, the hours of operation were so much better. I was very disappointed when First Merchants took over and almost immediately cut the hours.
