  Do not waste your money on Safeware Protection and Furniture from Weekends only together. They do not work hand in hand. This has been a nightmare. I reported an issue with my couch around 6/2017. Someone came to look at it and said they would order replacement covers. I continued to get calls saying the item was on the way. They never came. Months went by and I realized I just wasted my money on the plan. A claims adjuster called me about 5 months later only after I put a review up and asked that I take it down. After he told me that do to my inconvenience of going through this issue for so long and them not being able to repair couch they would give me a store credit and I could just purchase what I wanted as long as it’s not over the credit amount. Well I went to the St. Peter’s, MO location I saw a mirror that I like and the rep said that I could not get it until I returned the couch. Well no one ever mentioned this to me. I called Safeware while I was in the store they said it was out of their hands as they issued the store credit and if that’s Weekends Only policy then that’s what it is. Well if Weekends only is promoting this pathetic furniture protection plan I suggest you both be on the same page and communicate this info to the customers. I will never purchase furniture from Weekends Only again. I will not be referring friends, relatives, strangers, etc. Horrible customer service the person that assisted me was no help at all. As far as Safeware its hard to believe that they are not aware of Weekends Only policy when they do business with them. I feel that they just told me what I wanted to hear and neglected to communicate the most important information to me in order to get the negative review removed. I definetly would not recommend Safeware Protection plan.
